Our practice is relationship-driven, precise, and highly client focused.Key ResponsibilitiesAs an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our estate planning attorneys, including:Preparing, editing, and finalizing estate planning and related legal documents from templates and attorney draftsManaging attorney calendars, scheduling client meetings, document signings, and notarial appointmentsServing as a professional point of contact for clients, answering calls and facilitating clear, courteous communicationProcessing new client intakes and accurately entering information into firm systemsMaintaining well-organized digital and physical client files, including active and archived mattersCoordinating the execution and distribution of client documentsNotarizing documents or obtaining a notary commission, if not already commissionedQualifications & ExperienceThis role is best suited for a candidate who brings prior law firm experience and can work independently with minimal supervision.
