The Legal Administrative Associate is responsible for all legal filings and writ processes. Ensuring that all legal documents are prepared, filed, and tracked accurately while also being in compliance with applicable court procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and file eviction actions with the appropriate courts.
Prepare and process writs of possession and related legal documents.
Monitor case status and court deadlines.
Maintain accurate case files and electronic records.
Communicate with courts, attorneys, property managers, and internal staff regarding case updates.
Ensure all filings comply with court requirements and applicable procedures.
Manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous legal administrative or law office experience preferred.
Experience with eviction filings and writ processing is strongly preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic document management systems.
Ability to work independently and maintain strict confidentiality.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
