Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, a global law firm with offices in North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, is seeking a Legal Administrative Coordinator (LAC) to support the Litigation Practice Group. The LAC will report to the Office Manager and provide administrative, secretarial, and document processing support in an environment that emphasizes superior client service.Location & Work Arrangement Boston, MA office with a hybrid in‑office/remote schedule. Flexibility with overtime is required.Key Responsibilities Use Task Delegation and Workflow Management software (BigHand) to maintain clear communication with team members regarding task status, priorities, workload distribution, and deadlines.Prepare court filings, coordinate case documents, and utilize e‑filing platforms for litigation matters.Draft, edit, proofread, and redline correspondence, memoranda, reports, and other legal business communications; prepare and maintain recurring reports; ensure all work products meet established quality, accuracy, formatting, and firm standards.Demonstrate a high level of internal and external client service; screen communication and respond promptly in a clear, concise, professional, and accurate manner.Coordinate meetings; arrange audio and video conferences; reserve conference rooms and arrange set‑ups.Maintain attorney calendar and advise attorney of appointments, update attorney address book, and InterAction entries.Assist with time entry, the billing process including proforma delivery, narrative edits and customized reports.Process new business intake, related forms, and correspondence.Arrange travel and prepare itineraries; maintain attorney travel and desk profiles.Maintain electronic and/or physical files, calendars, correspondence, and collaborative workspaces; create and maintain binders.Provide legal research, case support, and project assistance.Qualifications At least two (2) years of administrative support experience required.Previous law firm experience required.Bachelor's degree a plus.Responsible for the preparation and filing of documents (hard copy and electronic) and their organization and maintenance.Exhibits strategic thinking and initiative in handling assignments and projects.Compensation & Benefits Salary range for Boston, MA: $69,898.00 – $90,677.00. The base salary or hourly wage range will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. The total compensation package may also include a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility, paid time off such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), depending on the position offered.
