E.A. Buck is a fast-growing financial services company with dual headquarters in Denver and Honolulu. We're seeking a Legal Analyst to join our growing team! The Legal Analyst provides administrative, operational, and legal support to the Chief Legal Officer (CLO), Chief Compliance Officer (CCO), and internal business partners across the firm. This role supports legal documentation, contract coordination, compliance-related activities, recordkeeping, and internal legal operations.The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities. This position is well suited for someone looking to grow within legal, compliance, or corporate operations while gaining exposure to a broad range of legal and regulatory matters.Candidate will be based in Denver, CO.This position is a full-time position, working on-site at our Denver office.NOTE: Only people who are currently living in Colorado will be considered for this role.Salary / Benefits PackageBase Salary range of $45,000 to $55,000 per year, based on experience.Competitive benefits package including 100% employer paid health, dental, and vision insurance.Eligibility to enroll in health savings account, flexible savings account, and more.Paid vacation (PTO) and paid holidays.Join our mission-driven company and partake in 401k with generous matching.Duties And ResponsibilitiesAssist with drafting, formatting, proofreading, and organizing legal and business documents.Support contract administration, document tracking, and recordkeeping.Maintain organized legal and compliance files and databases.Track deadlines, renewals, and document status updates.Assist with compliance-related documentation and internal requests.Coordinate signatures, notarizations, and document routing.li>Support legal and compliance projects as assigned.Manage calendars, scheduling, and task tracking related to legal and compliance matters.Coordinate meetings, follow-up items, and internal communications.Respond to internal requests in a timely and professional manner.Help organize workflows and improve internal processes.Assist with special projects and operational support needs.Conduct basic research related to legal, compliance, or operational matters.Assist with gathering information and supporting internal reviews or audits.Help maintain internal policies, procedures, and process documentation.Escalate issues, inconsistencies, or missing information when identified.Support continuous improvement initiatives across legal and compliance operations.Job RequirementsBachelor's Degree required.1–3 years of experience in legal support or related administrative/legal operations role preferred.Job offer is contingent upon successful completion of a background investigation, inclusive of fingerprinting and reference checks.Prior experience in one or more of the following preferredFinancial services, banking, investment advisory, or insurance environments.Legal, compliance, regulatory, or corporate operations support.Contract administration or document management experience.Experience supporting internal audits, reviews, or compliance processes.Preferred Skills & QualificationsStrong interpersonal communication skills.Highly organized and detail-oriented.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Advanced computer skills.Self-directed and self-motivated.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Professional discretion and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.#J-18808-Ljbffr
