Richard Franzblau LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Legal Analyst to support legal operations, case analysis, regulatory compliance, contract review, legal research, and litigation support. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical writing skills, legal research experience, and the ability to interpret statutes, regulations, contracts, and case law in a fast-paced professional environment.
The Legal Analyst will work closely with attorneys, executives, compliance personnel, and external stakeholders to evaluate legal risks, prepare reports, support transactional matters, and assist in legal strategy development.
