Legal Analyst

A leading professional services organization is seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Claims Analyst to support a high-volume claims review and processing team. Paralegals, Legal Assistants, and customer service representatives are encouraged to apply!Location: Washington, DC (Onsite with hybrid flexibility after training)Pay: $35-$40/hourDuration: July 2026-March 2027Responsibilities Review and evaluate submitted claims and supporting documentationVerify information for accuracy and identify inconsistenciesProcess and update records within internal systemsRespond to inquiries and provide professional customer support via phone and emailMaintain accurate documentation and meet established deadlinesPartner with internal teams to resolve issues and support ongoing projectsQualifications Bachelor's degree requiredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office, including ExcelBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
