California based plaintiff's side Employment Law Firm specializing in class actions and FEHA cases is currently seeking a Spanish speaking Legal Assistant to join their team.  This firm offers a friendly office environment and plenty of opportunities for growth.  Successful candidates will be able to work hard, maintain a positive attitude, and not take constructive criticism personally.  Legal Assistants will need to be able to communicate with clients and prospective clients while maintaining personal and professional discretion at all times.  This is a full time, in house position at the firm’s Los Angeles, California office.

Qualifications:

• Must have a bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal training/coursework
• Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a law firm setting, experience in employment law is a plus
• Must be fully bilingual in Spanish
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
