Workers' Compensation Legal Assistant / Case Manager (Bilingual Spanish)
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Workers' Compensation Legal Assistant / Case Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership of their work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about helping injured workers navigate the legal process.
Responsibilities
Manage workers' compensation cases from intake through resolution
Draft pleadings, legal correspondence, settlement documents, and discovery
Track deadlines and ensure compliance with WCAB procedures
Review medical records, deposition transcripts, and subpoenas
Coordinate with clients, attorneys, medical providers, and insurance representatives
Monitor medical treatment, benefits, and lien issues
Assist with hearing preparation and case management
Maintain organized case files and proactively move cases forward
