Workers' Compensation Legal Assistant / Case Manager (Bilingual Spanish)

Responsibilities
- Manage workers' compensation cases from intake through resolution
- Draft pleadings, legal correspondence, settlement documents, and discovery
- Track deadlines and ensure compliance with WCAB procedures
- Review medical records, deposition transcripts, and subpoenas
- Coordinate with clients, attorneys, medical providers, and insurance representatives
- Monitor medical treatment, benefits, and lien issues
- Assist with hearing preparation and case management
- Maintain organized case files and proactively move cases forward
