This role supports attorneys and staff with litigation, probate, and other legal related tasks, client communications, document management, court filings, and case organization within a fast-paced law firm environment.The ideal candidate is organized, professional, technology-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.Assist attorneys and staff with litigation, probate, and other legal related tasksDraft, proofread, and format legal documents, letters, and basic pleadingsOrganize and maintain electronic client files and recordsManage calendars, deadlines, and case-related remindersHandle professional client communications via phone and emailAssist with incoming calls, messages, and voicemail managementMaintain accurate file organization and document trackingAttend weekday evening or Saturday morning educational seminar to provide support scheduling attendee consultationsLegal Software & Systems ManagementUtilize legal and office management platforms including:Clio Manage, Grow, and DraftGoogle WorkspaceRingCentralElevateNC File and ServePitney BowesQualificationsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProfessional demeanor and attention to detailAbility to learn and navigate multiple software systems efficientlyStrong time management and follow-throughComfortable working in a fast-paced office environmentAbility to maintain confidentiality and professionalismPreferred QualificationsPrior administrative, legal assistant, or customer service experienceFamiliarity with Google Workspace or case management softwareExperience with legal document preparation or court filing systemsInterest in litigation, probate, legal administration, or court proceduresExperience working in a professional office environmentIdeal CandidateEager to grow within the legal fieldHighly organized and dependableProfessional in both written and verbal communicationAble to work collaboratively while also handling independent responsibilitiesHours: Monday through Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm.
