Role and Responsibilities:The Legal Assistant will be responsible for providing Legal support on all Construction matters and documents including but not limited to:
- Construction contract preparation, revision and processing
- Providing other construction document support
- Performing legal research
- Providing additional support to the Legal department, as needed

Technical Skills:- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Demonstrated interest in the legal field

The expected salary for this position is $60,000. The actual compensation will be based on factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, market and business considerations and other factors permitted by law.
