Toll Brothers, America's leading builder of luxury homes, seeks an experienced Legal Assistant to join our team in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.

What is the opportunity?

As a Legal Assistant, you will be a key player in our in-house Legal Department, supporting our Litigation Paralegals’ administrative needs.

What are the primary responsibilities?

• Working with operations teams on a variety of day-to-day needs
• Assisting with the management of active litigation and pre-litigation disputes
• Preparing various legal documents, including endorsements, tender letters, and releases
• Coordinating and responding to discovery requests and subpoenasCoordinating the collection of information necessary to evaluate our legal needs
• Assist paralegals in evaluating and resolving various legal issues
• All other duties as assigned

Do you have these qualifications?

• Essential:
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent certificate
  • Expert multi-tasker
  • Microsoft Office Skills
  • Work in office 3-days per week. Additional in-office days may vary per Division/Department
