OverviewGaming Laboratories International (GLI) is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Legal team. This will be a full-time, in-office position, based out of our world headquarters located in Lakewood, NJ.GLI is the global leader in the testing and certification of gaming devices and systems. Since 1989, GLI has provided testing and certification services to jurisdictions worldwide, with a focus on stability and customer service.What You Will Accomplish HereAs an Administrative Assistant, you will support the Legal team while working with all departments to support day-to-day business operations, including administration of the contracts system, supporting licensing applications, drafting and reviewing correspondence, compiling documents, and assisting with research in a fast-paced environment.Correctly tags, titles, and links agreements in the contract management system.Track agreements throughout the contract lifecycle, following up as needed to meet deadlines.Assist with domestic and international registration filings.Prepare and process legal documents, including contracts, correspondence, licensing applications, and memoranda.Review agreements to ensure compliance with the provided checklists.Facilitate contract signatures, as requested.Draft legal correspondence, as requested.Maintain, organize, and audit files in accordance with department procedures.Answer telephone, mail, and email correspondence in a timely manner.Run and distribute accurate reports by the required deadlines.Assist with shipping for domestic and international mailings (UPS, FedEx, etc.).Accurately complete jurisdictional background and licensing applications, as assigned.Complete scanning, filing, data entry, and faxing, as requested.Provide general information, answer questions, and direct individuals to appropriate parties, as necessary.Provide administrative support to Executives and local management, as requested.Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.Perform special projects, as required.Perform other related duties as assigned.How You Will Be SuccessfulYou will be diligent, communicative, and collaborative.You will own your assigned tasks in a confidential manner.You will be open-minded to new processes and adaptable to change.Education, Experience, And SkillsHigh school diploma or GED equivalency is required.A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar position is required.Experience supporting C-level executives is strongly preferred.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and LinkSquares is a plus.Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.Must have demonstrated professionalism, including while working under pressure.Must have the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines, while maintaining a realistic balance among priorities.Must demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, details, and correctness.Must have the ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English sufficiently to perform the duties of this position.Location: Lakewood, NJ (in-office)Schedule: Normal hours are Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.Salary: $22 - $23/hourTravel: Minimal to no travel involved.Benefits (for US-based candidates)Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision InsuranceOptional Health and Flexible Savings Accounts100% Employer Paid Life and Disability Insurance20 Days Paid Time Off (Per Year)401K Savings Plan with 100% match up to 3% of your salaryAnnual Discretionary BonusAnniversary Reward BonusEducational Assistance Program (after 1 year of employment)Additional Mental Health Benefits through our Employee Assistance ProgramVoluntary Pet, Accident, and Critical Event InsuranceGaming Laboratories International (GLI) is a gaming services company.
