An award-winning architecture and multi-disciplinary design firm, seeks a full-time Legal Assistant with experience working in a fast-paced environment. This individual should be versatile, possess excellent communication skills, and be prepared to support a dynamic and creative office. This role will be in office 5 days a week.
Role:
Candidate will work closely with the Chief Legal Counsel.
Main responsibilities include:
- Word processing and copy-editing contracts and other legal documentation
- Managing digital and physical legal files
- Managing legal Databases
- Support Design Staff, accounting, marketing, HR, and PR with legal matters
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (or other equivalent degree).
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in similar roles.
- Strong Interpersonal skills and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, reading, and writing skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong time management skills with the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks excellent attention to detail.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
