Responsibilities:
Serves as office manager and assistant to the County Attorney and staff. Performs legal administrative, paralegal and clerical support, which may include composing and typing legal documents and correspondence, processing legal documents, maintenance of legal case records and completion of various budget documents, requisitions and reimbursements. Provides customer service to other County employees including, answering process and program related questions and entering and maintaining data.
Qualifications:  
Education
: A High School graduate or equivalent, supplemented by additional secretarial or office administration coursework. An Associate's degree is preferred. 
Experience
: A minimum of two (2) years legal or related experience (e.g. legal services, courtroom, law firm) is preferred.
Required Knowledge
: Typical office practices and procedures. Knowledge of legal terminology preferred.
