About the Role: The Legal Assistant plays a critical role in supporting attorneys by managing day-to-day administrative and legal tasks, ensuring smooth operations acrossmatters and client communications. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to anticipate needs, and a proactive approach to managing priorities in a deadline-drivenenvironment.About the firm: We are mid-sized law firm located in New Brunswick, New Jersey. We have satellite locations in Hammonton, NJ, Red Bank, NJ and NYC. We were founded in 1977as a small and firm and over the years have managed to grow and expand our firm. We are full service law firm and are committed to the highest standards of professional competence, innovative thinking, and client advocacy to help make complex legal matters simple to navigate.We have a little over 100 employees including 60+ attorneys and we are approved counsel for many major insurance carries with a strong focus on complex civil litigation.
