Job Description
- Assist attorneys with Social Security Disability cases from intake through resolution.
- Obtain, organize, review, and maintain medical records and supporting documentation.
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, and government agencies regarding case updates.
- Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and case files.
- Track deadlines and maintain accurate case management records.
- Schedule appointments, hearings, and client meetings.
- Provide outstanding client service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Support attorneys and team members with administrative and legal tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of legal assistant or related experience.
- 1+ years of medical records experience required.
- Social Security Disability experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
