Legal Assistant
LHH Recruitment is partnering with a law firm in East Phoenix who is in search of a legal admin to join their team! This role is fully onsite, Monday-Friday. To be considered, you will have 3 years of legal industry experience, litigation required. The range of salary is between $65k-$75k DOE.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to litigation attorneys
Draft, revise, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings
File documents with state and federal courts (e-filing and in-person as needed)
Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, court dates, and client appointments
Maintain and organize physical and electronic case files
Coordinate with courts, clients, and opposing counsel
Assist with trial preparation, discovery, and document production
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general office administrative tasks
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of legal administrative or legal assistant experience (litigation required)
Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and legal terminology
Experience with e-filing in Arizona courts
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and legal case management systems
Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Reliable, professional, and able to work fully onsite
