LEGAL ASSISTANT

Role Impact
The Legal Assistant provides executive, administrative, and operational support to a corporate Legal Transactions team, helping attorneys and business leaders stay focused on core legal work. This role coordinates executive schedules, travel, financial processing, legal documents, contracts, and team workflows to support accurate and efficient legal operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, meetings, business travel, itineraries, catering, and reservations, including direct support for 1 VP and 2 GMs.
Provide administrative and operational support to a 21-member legal team, including executives, attorneys, and legal professionals; coordinate meetings and events for approximately 2050 participants.
Prepare, format, edit, track, and maintain legal and commercial contract documents and records; support transactional, corporate, commercial contract, and related transaction work.
Process expense reports, vendor invoices, journal corrections, electronic billing data, and related accounting workflows; generate reports and data exports as needed.
Maintain system entries and legal workflows, support outside counsel coordination, and apply continuous improvement/Kaizen practices to improve administrative processes.
Minimum Qualification
2+ years of experience providing C-level executive, executive, or administrative support, including calendar management, scheduling, travel, and event coordination.
Hands-on experience supporting transactional, corporate, or commercial contract work, including document preparation, formatting, contract administration, and records management.
Experience with expense and invoice processing and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
