Job Summary/Scope
Provides legal administrative support to City Prosecutor, and other professional staff. No supervisory responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Material and Equipment Directly Used
Uses a variety of office equipment, including a personal computer with a variety of software programs, as well as other standard office-related equipment such as telephones, facsimile, copy machines, and document scanners. There may be times when use of a personal vehicle may be required.
Working Environment/Physical Requirements
Work is performed in an office setting with a controlled environment. Work may involve extended periods of sitting or standing, bending, reaching, and stooping. Seldom need to lift more than 10 to 20 pounds. Someday travel may be required for business purposes. Vacation and other leave scheduling shall be requested of, and approved by, the appropriate supervisor.
Education
High School diploma. Associate's degree in a related field preferred
