Legal Assistant

HumanHire is partnered with a well-established Law Firm to find a Legal Assistant to join their team in Uniondale. This position offers the opportunity to support attorneys on commercial lending and transactional matters.

We Offer:

• Pay: Up to $80K

• Fully On-Site

Responsibilities:

• Support attorneys with commercial lending and transactional matters.
• Assist with loan closings, legal documents, and filings.
• Organize and maintain transaction files and records.
• Communicate with clients, financial institutions, and other parties.
• Assist with billing, document preparation, and general administrative needs.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of Legal Assistant or Litigation Support experience
• Exposure to commercial lending, banking, loans, or real estate preferred
