What you will be doing:

• Join personal injury team as a case manager.
• Handle a compelling set of personal injury cases.
• Engage in settlement negotiations on behalf of plaintiffs or insurance carriers.
• Work under attorneys' supervision in a team environment.
• Utilize excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Use proficient computer skills and attention to detail in daily tasks.

Experience you will need:

• Extensive experience in settlement negotiations, preferably for a plaintiff personal injury law firm's clients.
• Alternatively, experience in negotiating liability claims on behalf of an insurance carrier.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional organization and time management skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to work well individually and in a team environment.
