Overview:

Assist with resource management, staffing administration, third-party vendor management, reporting, and others.

Responsibilities:

Job responsibilites include but are not limited to:

  • Resources management – fixed assets related, including purchase, write off, replacement, annual check, relocation, etc.
  • Staffing administration – attendance review, job desription, performance evaluation related tasks.
  • ID/access administration – system access/ID management, record retention, subscription, etc.
  • Daily operation – invoice payment, expenditure tracking, RFIs, event assistant, etc.
  • Third party vendor management – coordinate and facilitate vendor onboarding, exit, ongoing monitoring and other related requests.
  • Reporting – help to prepare reports as needed and participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
  • Others – ad hoc projects to facilitate cross-departments communication and collaboration.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent technical skills, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong writing skills
  • Bilingual preferred (English and Mandarin)
Pay Range

Actual salary is commensurate with candidate’s relevant years of experience, skillset, education and other qualifications.

: USD $19.00 - USD $19.00 /Hr.
