We are looking for a lawyer or paralegal that can review our business contracts on an as-needed basis.Location This position is 100% remote. The position can be full time or part-time remote contract with about 8 hours of commitment a week.Job responsibilities Draft new Statement of Work (SOW), and other business contracts as neededReview existing business contracts templatesReview and address redlines sent by clientsCall with clients and their attorneysSend late payment collection notice (very rare)Be available on our internal Slack messengerProvide quick turnarounds to requestsUnderstanding of IT services business is expected. There is no litigation expected and this is purely a document review role. We are looking for someone who is very responsive and available via email/phone.
