We are currently looking for a Legal Coordinator to join our team in Minneapolis, MN.

The Legal Coordinator is an integral member of the team and will support the attorneys, the Leadership Team and Board of Directors and business stakeholders across the organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide integral support for the General Counsel’s work with the Board of Directors and Leadership Team, including meeting coordination, scheduling, communication, and support

  • Support the General Counsel in prioritizing and completing strategic action items related to the Board of Directors and Leadership Team

  • Help coordinate the preparation of materials for Board of Directors meetings

  • Track General Counsel group strategic initiatives, special projects, timelines, and deliverables

  • Schedule and coordinate key subsidiary board of director meetings

  • Help coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, detailed itineraries, expense reporting, and logistical support for the Board of Directors and executive leadership

  • Provide support for annual sustainability data collection and reporting

  • Provide support organizing and maintaining the company’s vendor contracts

  • Prepare, proofread, and file important legal forms and documents, including executing Section 16 filings, various state filings, and maintain accurate corporate records

  • Provide general legal administrative support, including data entry, reporting, and deadline tracking

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong organizational skills who enjoys being able to operate independently to handle competing priorities with critical deadlines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a positive “can do” attitude

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines

  • Demonstrated discretion, professionalism, sound judgment, and ability to handle highly confidential information

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, virtual collaboration tools, and document management systems

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required

  • You must be work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future. For this role, we cannot offer employment to F-1 (student) visa holders who require employer sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full-time basis.

The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $75,000 – $100,000 per year.  Placement within this range is dependent upon level of experience, location and other factors.  This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation. Total compensation for this position will be competitive with the market.
