Summary:
The Little Trees Legal Department is a small, dynamic team responsible for protecting the trademarks, copyrights, and patents associated with Little Trees air fresheners around the world.
Responsibilities:
- Research infringers in various regions of the world.
- Recommend resolution strategies and negotiate settlements.
- Coordinate legal efforts with in-market attorneys.
- Communicate complex information, both written and verbal, to employees at all levels of the organization.
- Draft file summaries and review legal briefs.
- Conduct online research.
- Maintain legal files.
Requirements:
- One year of office experience required OR
- Associate's degree
- This is an entry level position and requires no legal experience.
- Travel to the corporate office in Watertown, NY for the first month of orientation, followed by routine travel to the corporate office for one week every other month.
Salary: $56,740 - $59,740
