Provides legal advice on healthcare compliance issues as needed. Education:Must have a Bachelors Degree and Law Degree. Experience:Real estate experience preferred. Must have experience drafting and negotiating contracts. Healthcare law experience is preferred.Must have solid verbal and written communication skills. Requires broad knowledge of contract law. Strong business and financial acumen. Ability to effectively present information to senior leadership.
