Adams & Martin Group is actively building a network of experienced Document Review Paralegals, Document Review Specialists, Document Reviewers, Legal Document Review Specialists, Legal Coders, eDiscovery Professionals, and Litigation Support Professionals for upcoming projects with law firms and corporate legal departments nationwide.

We are seeking legal professionals with demonstrated experience reviewing legal documents in litigation, investigations, regulatory matters, due diligence projects, and eDiscovery matters. Candidates should have experience working within industry-standard document review platforms and reviewing large volumes of electronic legal documents while maintaining exceptional accuracy and productivity.

Typical Responsibilities

  • Conduct first-level and/or second-level review of legal documents for responsiveness, relevance, privilege, confidentiality, and issue identification
  • Review and analyze litigation, regulatory, investigative, and corporate legal documents in accordance with project protocols
  • Utilize document review platforms to code, categorize, tag, and organize electronic documents
  • Identify and escalate privileged, confidential, hot, or otherwise significant documents
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency while reviewing large volumes of electronic legal records
  • Meet productivity and quality benchmarks while adhering to client guidelines and project requirements
