We are seeking a highly organized, experienced self-starter who is resourceful, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting meaningful work.

  • Manage complex scheduling, calendars, travel arrangements, speaking engagements, and contract negotiations.
  • Oversee email communications, digital filing systems, and day-to-day office organization.
  • Update website content, manage media files, and draft monthly email newsletters.
  • Coordinate accounts payable/receivable and serve as liaison with the bookkeeper, accountant, publishers, and other vendors.
  • Bachelor's degree required, along with 5+ years of professional experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Dropbox, Mailchimp, WordPress, social media platforms, and AI tools.
  • Comfortable using Mac computers and have the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and technology platforms.
