Description
Job Title: Legal Entity Management Specialist
Location: Prefer New York metro area, but can be flexible (eastern time zone)
Contract: Long Term Contract
10+ years of experience in US entity compliance and board support in the context of an Asset Manager
Experience across the entity lifecycle within the context of an investment manager.
Experience executing and running components of a managed service focused on corporate compliance (entity / subsidiary management) for an investment management or equivalent financial services organization.
Preferable experience working in a large law firm or other service provider
Experience with HCue as an entity management platform
Knowledge of the end-to-end delivery lifecycle within an healthcare or large corporate organization and cross functional dependencies for entity compliance
