Legal Executive AssistantOur client is a leading global law firm known for advising businesses, financial institutions, and high-profile clients on complex legal matters. The firm has a strong reputation across litigation, restructuring, crisis management, technology, life sciences, and corporate advisory services, offering employees a collaborative environment with a strong commitment to professional development and employee well being.Job DescriptionManage complex calendars, meetings, appointments, and deadlines for attorneys.Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and detailed itineraries.Prepare, edit, format, and proofread legal correspondence, memoranda, and other documentation.Enter attorney time records and support legal billing and invoicing processes.Liaise professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.Handle incoming communications and ensure requests are addressed promptly.Maintain accurate client records and legal files.Assist with reporting, tracking initiatives, presentations, and special projects.Provide administrative support while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced practice environment.The Successful Legal Executive Assistant should have:Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Legal Executive Assistant within a law firm or professional services environment.Experience supporting senior attorneys, partners, or executives.Strong understanding of legal billing, timekeeping, and administrative processes.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.Outstanding organizational, communication, and proofreading skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Highly proactive, polished, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.What's on OfferCompetitive salary of $70,000 - $95,000, plus overtime eligibility and discretionary bonus potential.Generous 27-day PTO allowance, designed to encourage employees to take meaningful time off.Strong work-life balance within a supportive team environment.Hybrid working arrangement: 5 days in office when the supported Partner is in-office, otherwise 3 days per week in the NYC office.Opportunity to join a prestigious legal organization and support a highly regarded Bankruptcy/Restructuring practice.Comprehensive benefits package and long-term career development opportunities.Interested?
