Job Description
Manage complex calendars, meetings, appointments, and deadlines for attorneys.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and detailed itineraries.
Prepare, edit, format, and proofread legal correspondence, memoranda, and other documentation.
Enter attorney time records and support legal billing and invoicing processes.
Liaise professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
Handle incoming communications and ensure requests are addressed promptly.
Maintain accurate client records and legal files.
Assist with reporting, tracking initiatives, presentations, and special projects.
Provide administrative support while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced practice environment.
The Successful Legal Executive Assistant should have:
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Legal Executive Assistant within a law firm or professional services environment.
Experience supporting senior attorneys, partners, or executives.
Strong understanding of legal billing, timekeeping, and administrative processes.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Outstanding organizational, communication, and proofreading skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Highly proactive, polished, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
