Legal Executive Assistant
Position Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt position.
Salary Range: $34.00 - $39.00 hourly, DOE.
Location: This position based onsite at the Service Center in San Juan Capistrano, CA.

About the Opportunity
Our in-house Legal & Risk Management Team seeks an energetic, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with prior legal and/or litigation experience, preferred. In this role, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Vice President/General Counsel and assist with key legal, risk management, and case-related responsibilities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Support Vice President/General Counsel.
- Prepare correspondence, scheduling, calendaring, travel arrangements, file management and other traditional executive assistant duties.
- Responsible for collecting and organizing a high volume of data and information, and maintain relevant databases.
- Gather and analyze data and prepare reports as requested by VP/General Counsel for analysis and distribution.
- Maintain active case lists, settlement reserves, and case outcomes.
- Support other team members as needed with litigation, regulatory and risk management responsibilities.
- Manage the calendar of the VP/General Counsel, with special attention to deadlines.
Qualified Candidates must have:
- College Degree (AA or better) from an accredited Institution.
- Minimum two years' Executive Assistant or Legal Assistant experience required.
- Prior legal/litigation experience is preferred.
- Superior customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Superior computer skills. Adept at MSWord, Excel & PowerPoint. Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Pro is a plus.
