We are seeking a talented professional to be part of our Client & Innovation Office within a dynamic law firm. This position is perfect for an individual passionate about advancing legal processes through technology and enabling legal teams to leverage advanced tools such as AI, document management, and automation platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with legal teams to integrate technology into ongoing cases and optimize internal systems.
- Facilitate the definition, configuration, and deployment of platforms like Kira, Luminance, Opus 2, and others.
- Develop accessible resources such as quick reference guides and user manuals, accompanied by pictorial instructions.
- Conduct training sessions, offer demonstrations, and deliver everyday technical support for specialized applications.
- Monitor technology usage, gather feedback, document issues, and explore enhancements for improved efficiency.
- Engage with attorneys, IT, and various internal departments to create technology-driven solutions.
- Keep abreast of the newest legal technologies, with an emphasis on AI, document categorization, and collaborative tools.

Requirements:

- In-depth understanding of legal department functions, including attorney deliverables, matter timelines, and procedural workflows.
- Proven hands-on experience in legal tech support, project launch, systems management, or efficiency improvements.
- Fast learner with an ability to elucidate complex technologies in simple terms for diverse audiences.
- Acquainted with leading legal tech platforms like Kira, Luminance, Opus 2, and their equivalents.
- Familiarity with GenAI, low-code/no-code solutions, and AI-based legal support processes.
- Excellent skills in communication, client service, organization, follow-through, and problem resolution.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Teams; knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive data.
- A degree in a pertinent discipline is preferred.
