Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with legal teams to integrate technology into ongoing projects and operational processes.
- Strategically planning, configuring, and deploying solutions utilizing platforms such as Kira, Luminance, Opus 2, and other relevant technologies.
- Developing user-centric resources including quick reference materials, FAQs, and detailed workflow guides.
- Conducting initial training sessions, demonstrating software capabilities, and providing continuous application support.
- Monitoring technology adoption, compiling user feedback, identifying challenges, and recommending enhancements for improved user engagement.
- Working within multidisciplinary teams to drive technology-led solutions across the office, including partnering with IT, Knowledge, and Practice groups.
- Keeping abreast of innovations in legal technology, including AI-driven systems and collaborative tools.
Qualifications needed:
- Insight into the operational frameworks of law firms or legal departments, with an emphasis on production of work, lifecycle of matters, and workflow of transactions or litigation.
- Practical experience in supporting legal technologies, implementing systems, managing projects, or optimizing workflows.
- A quick learner with the capacity to explain technological concepts to a technically diverse audience, including attorneys.
- Competency with legal tech applications like Kira, Luminance, Opus 2, and similar.
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools and workflows, especially GenAI, no-code/low-code options, and AI-supported legal processes.
- Excellent communication, customer service, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Teams; expertise in Power BI is advantageous.
- A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion.
- A degree in a relevant discipline is highly desirable.
