We are recruiting a Legal Innovation Technology Analyst to support a law firm's Client & Innovation Office. This role is ideal for someone who understands legal workflows, enjoys solving practical technology challenges, and can help attorneys and legal professionals get more value from tools such as AI, contract analysis, document automation, and litigation management platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Support attorneys and legal teams in applying legal technology to active matters and internal workflows
- Help scope, configure, and launch projects using tools such as Kira, Luminance, Opus 2, Legora, Harvey, or similar platforms
- Create practical user resources including quick guides, FAQs, checklists, screenshots, and workflow notes
- Provide introductory training, demos, and day-to-day support for assigned applications
- Track adoption, gather user feedback, document pain points, and identify opportunities to improve usage
- Partner with attorneys, IT, Innovation, Training, Knowledge, Research, vendors, and practice groups on technology-enabled solutions
- Stay current on legal tech trends including agentic AI, contract analysis, collaboration tools, and case management platforms
Requirements
- Working knowledge of law firm or legal department operations, including attorney work product, matter lifecycles, and transaction or litigation workflows
- Hands-on experience in legal technology support, systems implementation, project coordination, or workflow improvement
- Ability to learn new platforms quickly and explain technology clearly to attorneys and non-technical users
- Familiarity with legal technology tools such as Kira, Luminance, Opus 2, Legora, Harvey, or similar
- Experience with GenAI prompting, no-code/low-code workflows, or AI-enabled legal process support
- Strong listening, communication, customer service, organization, follow-through, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and reporting tools; Power BI is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with sound judgment and professionalism
- College degree in a related field preferred
