An essential part of this role is creating user-friendly resources such as guides and FAQs, along with offering training sessions and ongoing support for various applications.
The position also includes tracking the adoption of technologies, eliciting user feedback to optimize effectiveness, and working alongside multifaceted teams comprising legal professionals, IT, and external vendors to craft bespoke tech solutions. Staying abreast of the latest in legal tech, including trends in AI and management platforms, is crucial.
Candidates should possess a firm understanding of legal work environments, including workflow processes, and have prior experience in legal tech support or project implementation. Proficiency in interpreting and communicating technical ideas to various audiences is essential, as is familiarity with innovative platforms like GenAI. Strong organizational skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly SharePoint and Teams, are required, while familiarity with Power BI is a beneficial addition. A related college degree is preferred.
