- Monitor user engagement and feedback to refine tech adoption strategies.
- Work closely with legal teams, IT, and tech providers to create seamless tech enhancements.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in legal technology including AI and collaboration platforms.
Essential Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of law firm operations, including case lifecycles and attorney outputs.
- Practical experience in supporting and implementing technology solutions in a legal environment.
- Quick adaptability to new technologies with the ability to educate non-tech users.
- Familiarity with legal tech platforms like Kira, Luminance, and others is preferred.
- Competency in prompt-driven AI tools and low-code/no-code workflow solutions.
- Excellent communication, customer engagement, and problem-solving abilities.
