We are on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join a prestigious law firm's Client & Innovation Office. This position is tailored for those who have an in-depth understanding of legal processes, excel at addressing technological challenges, and have a knack for enhancing the value attorneys and legal professionals gain from tools like AI, contract evaluation, document automation, and litigation management systems.

**Key Duties:**

- Assist attorneys and legal teams in integrating legal technologies into casework and organizational operations.
- Collaborate on the design, configuration, and deployment of projects utilizing platforms such as Kira, Luminance, Opus 2, Legora, Harvey, or others.
- Develop practical user materials including guides, FAQs, checklists, visual aids, and workflow documentation.
- Deliver introductory sessions, demonstration, and ongoing support for designated applications.
- Monitor usage trends, collect user feedback, document challenges, and propose enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with attorneys, IT, Innovation, Training, Knowledge, Research, vendors, and practice groups to devise tech-driven solutions.
- Stay abreast of emerging legal tech trends including AI advancements, contract assessments, collaboration tools, and case management systems.

**Candidate Qualifications:**

- A solid understanding of law firm or legal department functions, including the creation of attorney work products, case lifecycles, and transaction/litigation workflows.
- Experience in legal tech support, system deployments, project management, or workflow optimization.
- Ability to rapidly grasp new platforms and clearly convey technological information to both legal and non-technical personnel.
- Familiarity with applications like Kira, Luminance, Opus 2, Legora, Harvey, or similar tech solutions.
- Expertise in GenAI prompts, no-code/low-code processes, or AI-augmented legal process facilitation.
- Excellent communication, listening, customer service, organizational, follow-through, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and reporting tools; knowledge of Power BI is a bonus.
- Skilled in managing confidential information with integrity and precision.
- Bachelor's degree in a pertinent field is favored.
