- Monitor technology adoption, solicit user feedback, and streamline practices for better efficiency.
- Work in tandem with various departments, such as IT and Knowledge Management, to provide comprehensive tech solutions.
- Stay informed on the latest trends in legal technology, including AI and workflow automation tools.

Requirements:

- Understanding of legal operations, with experience in either law firms or corporate legal departments.
- Direct experience in implementing and supporting legal technology solutions.
- Quick learner with the ability to simplify complex tech concepts for diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Kira, Luminance, Opus 2, and their alternatives is a plus.
- Exposure to AI tools and workflows, ideally within a legal context.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software, with Power BI as an advantage.
- Discretion in handling confidential information professionally.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is desirable.
