A well-established and growing Long Island plaintiff personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced Director of Intake / Intake Department Leader to lead and improve its high-volume intake operation.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands that intake is both client service and a measurable business function. You’ll oversee the team, lead conversion, performance metrics, training, workflows, technology and the overall potential-client experience.

Job Details

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in legal intake, plaintiff PI, client acquisition, lead conversion or a comparable high-volume operation
• Experience managing an intake, call center or lead-conversion team
• Strong understanding of KPIs, conversion metrics and performance reporting
• Experience improving processes and holding teams accountable
• Strong leadership, coaching and analytical skills
• Experience with CRM, case-management, call-tracking or intake technology
