Gamez Law Firm, a successful personal injury law firm has an opportunity for a Bilingual Intake Specialist. We are looking for a highly detailed oriented and organized personality that can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This position is full-time, in-office, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
You will be expected to
Interview prospective clients in-person, by phone and email
Provide consistent, unparalleled customer service
Conduct basic research to investigate clients’ claims have merit
Complete intake process with potential clients in person and/or via phone/video
Perform follow-up calls/emails/texts to potential clients
Prepare and send accurate and complete intake paperwork to an attorney for review
Relay decision to decline potential clients if case has been rejected by Intake Specialist or Attorney
Maintain meticulous records in firm software program
Perform administrative or other duties in-office as assigned
Qualifications:
Spanish Bilingual - fluent
Ability to be personable and connect with future clients
Effective communication and written skills
One or more years’ experience performing intakes for a personal injury law firm preferred
Ability to work non-traditional hours on occasion
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Internet, Google, etc.
Basic knowledge of legal terminology, intake processes and best practices.
