OverviewArray Digital Infrastructure is a leading owner and operator of wireless communications infrastructure. In this role, you'll be supporting a company that specializes in the acquisition, development, and management of tower assets that enable critical connectivity. Your work will take place during core business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.), with flexibility based on your academic schedule. The role is hybrid, based out of our headquarters located in Chicago, IL.ResponsibilitiesAssist with real estate matters, including:Reviewing leases, purchase agreements, easements, and related documentsSupporting due diligence for acquisitions and development projectsOrganizing and maintaining real estate records and closing checklistsSupport corporate and governance activities, including:Preparing and maintaining corporate records and entity documentationAssisting with board and committee materialsConducting basic legal research on corporate mattersAssist with business licenses and regulatory compliance, including:Tracking and renewing business licenses across jurisdictionsCoordinating filings with local, state, and federal agenciesMaintaining compliance databases and calendarsConduct legal research and prepare summaries on various topicsAssist with contract review and administrative legal tasks as neededQualificationsRequired QualificationsCurrently enrolled in an accredited law schoolProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Other QualificationsStrong interest in transactional work related to real estate, corporate law, and regulatory complianceExcellent research, writing, and organizational skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasksPay TransparencyThe pay range listed for this position represents the low and high end of the base compensation range. However, the base pay rate offered for this position is expected to be $20.00 per hour.
