You'll help drive informed decision‑making through research, analysis, and operational support—contributing to work that helps protect and strengthen our business.Day‑to‑Day Ingredients — ResponsibilitiesConduct legal research on assigned topics and summarize key findingsDraft memoranda, reports, and presentation materials with clear recommendationsAssist with contract review and legal document preparationSupport attorneys across a variety of legal matters and projectsCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to advance legal initiativesProvide administrative and operational support to the legal team as neededWhat You Bring To The Table — Required ExperiencePursuit of a degree in law or a related field (or equivalent experience)Strong legal research and writing skillsExcellent organizational and time‑management abilitiesClear communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office or similar toolsExtra Toppings — Desired ExperiencePrevious internship or experience in a legal or corporate environmentExposure to contract review or compliance‑related workFamiliarity with legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis)Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skillsAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyWhere & How You'll WorkThis role is based at the San Antonio Home Office, working on‑site Monday through Thursday with remote flexibility on Fridays. In this role, you'll have strong collaboration with leadership, across cross‑functional teams, and with external partners to align capabilities with restaurant realities. The work environment is fast‑paced and requires sound judgment, strategic thinking, and strong collaboration skills. Full‑time availability is required, with occasional extended hours based on business needs, along with occasional travel to properties, project sites, and external meetings.
