Job Description:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a respected law firm in Seattle, Washington that is seeking an Office Coordinator to serve as the face of the office and support daily operations. This position is ideal for someone who is polished, proactive, and enjoys wearing many hats in a fast-paced environment. The Office Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the office runs smoothly, creating a welcoming experience for visitors, supporting administrative functions, and assisting with office logistics.

The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a service-oriented mindset. Prior law firm experience is preferred but not required; candidates with experience in professional services environments are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and incoming calls, providing a professional and welcoming experience
  • Manage reception and maintain a polished office environment, including conference rooms, common areas, and client-facing spaces
  • Coordinate meetings, client visits, and office events, including room setup and catering arrangements
  • Order and maintain office supplies, kitchen inventory, and other operational necessities
  • Liaise with building management, vendors, and service providers regarding office maintenance and facility needs
  • Process invoices, expense reports, mail, and courier deliveries
  • Assist with employee onboarding and general administrative support projects
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Support day-to-day office operations, including handling miscellaneous tasks and special projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of administrative, office coordination, reception, or related experience within a professional services environment
  • Prior law firm experience preferred but not required
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently, make sound judgment calls, and take initiative
