What You'll Do
  • Manage NDA intake, tracking, and organization of incoming requests
  • Review and analyze NDAs using internal templates and playbooks
  • Compare counterparty markups against internal guidelines and flag key differences
  • Prepare summaries and escalation notes to support attorney review
  • Maintain accurate records within tracking and reporting systems
  • Assist in updating internal documentation and playbooks
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to support legal processes
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree
  • Strong interest in law, finance, or business (pre-law or legal studies a plus)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with sound judgment
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Why This Role
  • Direct exposure to legal processes within a fast-growing business
  • Work closely with attorneys and business stakeholders
  • High-ownership role with real responsibility from day one
  • Strong pathway to full-time conversion based on performance
Note:
  • Paralegal experiene or law degree strongly preferred.
  • Experience drafting, redlining, negotiating, and managing a variety of commercial agreements, including NDAs, engagement letters, term sheets, and other legal documents.
  • Senior-level candidates should have direct contract negotiation experience and be comfortable owning agreements from start to finish.
  • Role may require occasional non-traditional or extended hours based on business needs.
  • Hiring manager emphasized that this is a great opportunity for someone looking to do substantive legal work rather than purely administrative contract support.
  • Strong attention to detail is critical. Candidates should be highly organized and comfortable reviewing complex legal language with minimal oversight.

Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and wellness programs.

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. Our full-time consultants have access to benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401K contributions as well as any other PTO, sick leave, and other benefits mandated by appliable state or localities where you reside or work.
