e Discovery Paralegal (Top Secret Clearance)
Washington, DC

Pay From: $85,000 per year

MUST:
Active Top Secret clearance required
Experienced Discovery Paralegal
2 plus years of professional paralegal experience
2 years of discovery/eDiscovery experience
Experience conducting privilege reviews on litigation support projects
Experience using eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity or Clearwell
Experience researching and drafting responses to interrogatories
Strong communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities


DUTIES:
Analyze and interpret customer requests.
Research, locate, and gather responsive documents and materials.
Conduct outreach and informal interviews for document collection.
Assist in preparing legal declarations.
Scan paper documents into electronic files.
Perform responsiveness reviews of electronic and paper records.
Conduct legal privilege reviews using approved eDiscovery platforms.
Apply privilege and deletion codes to sensitive information.
Review peer work for accuracy and quality.
Maintain detailed case notes and discovery records.
Prepare electronic and paper document productions.
Provide professional customer service to government clients.
Prioritize and manage multiple discovery projects.
Coordinate classification reviews with subject matter experts.
Collaborate with discovery team members throughout projects.
Advise government personnel on privilege and document production.
Communicate with client personnel at all organizational levels.
Provide weekly status updates to management and customers.
