What your future day will look like:
  • Prepare legal documents, correspondence, and routine filings to support the Labor and Employment practice group.
  • Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and arrange travel logistics for attorneys.
  • Maintain client files, handle document organization, and ensure records are complete and accessible.
  • Enter time, assist with billing processes, and support expense tracking and reimbursements.
  • Conduct conflict checks and assist with opening new client matters.
  • Communicate with clients and internal teams while managing multiple active case priorities.

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
  • Prior litigation or legal administrative experience required, with 5+ years preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high?volume workload
  • Experience supporting billing, time entry, and legal administrative processes
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with clients and internal teams professionally
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adapt quickly to changing priorities
