Compensation: $24.00 - $31.50/hour ($49,920 - $65,520 annually) + discretionary bonus

Position Overview
This role serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, playing a key part in creating a polished and professional office experience. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and eager to grow within a legal environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and route incoming calls promptly and accurately.
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a clean, organized reception area.
- Coordinate conference room scheduling and meeting logistics.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff as needed.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and general office tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of receptionist or office experience (professional services environment a plus).
- Internship or part-time office experience during college will be considered.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, basic Excel).
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
