Legal Recruiter

Constellation Search Group is looking for a Legal Recruiter for a full-time direct hire position. This role involves identifying, engaging, and placing top legal talent across various settings, including law firms and corporate legal departments. The position requires managing the full recruiting lifecycle for multiple clients while building strong talent pipelines. The Legal Recruiter will enhance the candidate experience by aligning search strategies with client needs and market conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Source and identify qualified legal professionals such as attorneys, paralegals, and compliance professionals.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines using recruiting platforms and direct outreach.
• Conduct market research to understand talent availability and competitive hiring conditions.
• Engage candidates through professional outreach and conduct screenings to evaluate their fit.
• Manage active legal searches, organize candidate pipelines, and advance qualified candidates.
• Prepare candidate summaries and coordinate interview logistics to support placements.
• Partner with internal leadership and clients to align recruiting strategies with hiring priorities.
• Contribute to best practices, process improvements, and knowledge sharing across the team.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, with prior staffing agency experience required.
• Experience recruiting for legal roles such as attorneys, paralegals, or compliance professionals.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems, and networking platforms.
• Strong understanding of the legal talent market and candidate evaluation best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with open-source AI tools for research, sourcing strategy, and day-to-day recruiting efficiency is preferred.
