Position Overview
The Legal Recruitment Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the firm’s attorney recruitment strategy, with a strong focus on law school and associate recruiting. This individual will serve as a primary point-of-contact for first-year associates and ensure a seamless recruitment and onboarding experience. Job Responsibilities 
  • Support the legal recruitment team with new-hire onboarding, interviews and campus recruitment
  • Lead and coordinate law school recruitment and campus recruiting initiatives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with law schools and career services offices
  • Serve as the primary point-of-contact for all first-year associate attorneys
  • Coordinate interview schedules, candidate communications, and offer processes
  • Support summer associate programs and related recruitment events
  • Track recruiting metrics and maintain organized recruitment records
  • Manage multiple recruiting projects while ensuring timely execution
 
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience in the legal space
  • Prior experience within a law firm or professional services environment strongly preferred
  • Experience with campus recruiting and law school recruitment required
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with a proactive, “go-getter” attitude
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
